Come and learn doll making techniques! We will be using ‘Studio Seren’ Rabbit doll pattern - each participant will receive their own copy of this pattern, included in the price of the course.
All materials are provided. You will use cotton calico to make the body of the doll, which will be stuffed with hypoallergenic toy stuffing. Then, choose from cottons, tweeds etc. to create your own clothes for your doll. You are welcome to bring your own fabrics for the dolls clothes if you would like to use something special.
On day 1, we will make the dolls. On day 2, we will make clothes and accessories!
Your tutor Jenny has 15 years of teaching experience, a First Class degree in Design for Textiles, with a specialism in woven textiles, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Art and Design Education. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 6 students so you will have lots of individual tuition and support.
This course is aimed at beginners who are able to set up the machine and sew in a straight line with some support.

You will make a finished doll with as many sets of clothing as you can make within the 2 days!!

Nothing! All materials are included in the cost of this course.
Price is inclusive of tax. All classes to be paid for in advance and processed through the website securely using Stripe - we do not access your bank details. When booking a class, you consent to receiving emails from Bonnay Studio - you can opt out at any time.
You can cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours after placing the booking. After this, cancellations are not permitted - you may be able to transfer to an alternative date with plenty of notice but please be mindful that we are a small business with small class sizes so may not be able to accommodate this.
If we have to cancel a class, we will give you as much notice as possible and will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
