Come and make a beautiful giant bow, ready to hang with a velvet ribbon. These bows look great as a wreath alternative on your front door, or I hang mine all year round on the wall!
All materials are provided. You will choose from our selection of cotton canvas or cotton velvet fabric (colour choice will be given upon booking the course). The bows will be lined to give them structure and help them to keep their shape - wadding for this will be provided, along with velvet ribbon.
Your tutor Jenny has 15 years of teaching experience, a First Class degree in Design for Textiles, with a specialism in woven textiles, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Art and Design Education. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 6 students so you will have lots of individual tuition and support.
This course is aimed at beginners who are able to set up the machine and sew in a straight line with some support. Class numbers are small, so I will be able to help you.

Tips to sew and line the bow professionally
You will make a finished giant bow, approximately 35cm wide by 65cm tall.

Nothing! All materials are included in the cost of this course.
Price is inclusive of tax. All classes to be paid for in advance and processed through the website securely using Stripe - we do not access your bank details. When booking a class, you consent to receiving emails from Bonnay Studio - you can opt out at any time.
You can cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours after placing the booking. After this, cancellations are not permitted - you may be able to transfer to an alternative date with plenty of notice but please be mindful that we are a small business with small class sizes so may not be able to accommodate this.
If we have to cancel a class, we will give you as much notice as possible and will offer an alternative date or a full refund. Classes will only run if there are enough bookings, in the event that we must cancel due to numbers, you will receive a full refund.
